The Amphitheatre and Kadzielnia Reserve in Kielce

It is situated in the heart of the city where from the 17^th century limestone rocks were being extracted. The usage of the quarry was finished in 1962. At the same time barriers were built to allow people walikng there in the midst of rocks. There were made several veiwing areas to admire the varied flora as well as the rocks.

           When Kielce celebrated its nine hunddred anniversary of the foundation, on the occasion of that, in Kadzielnia The Amphitheatre was built to function as the perfect place for many different cultural events.
